  • Contribute to strategic planning and decision-making
  • Work collaboratively with other teams within RSPCA NSW
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Registration with the Veterinary Practitioners Board of NSW
  • Minimum five years' experience as a veterinarian within a veterinary practice
  • Qualifications in management and/or previous experience managing a team of veterinary surgeons
  • Previous experience in leading a team, including recruitment and performance management
  • A demonstrated high standard of veterinary practice
  • Highly developed organisational and time management skills
  • High-level problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
What We Offer

We offer a competitive annual salary of up to $148,000 plus superannuation, based on experience. This role also provides opportunities for professional development, including further studies, involvement in policy creation and/or research, and career advancement within RSPCA NSW.

As a valued member of our team, you will enjoy a supportive and collaborative work environment, with access to comprehensive training and development programs. We are committed to making reasonable adjustments to provide a barrier-free recruitment process for people with a disability.
