About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Facilities Coordinator to join our team at The King's Foundation. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for ensuring the upkeep and maintenance of our various buildings and estates.

Key Responsibilities
  • Facilities Management: Assist with the organization and delivery of preventative maintenance and repair works, ensuring that all tasks are completed within budget and deadlines.
  • Contractor Management: Supervise contractors while on-site and ensure that works are carried out satisfactorily.
  • Cleaning and Maintenance: Manage the cleaning contractors day-to-day and perform regular inspections to identify any potential issues.
  • Administrative Support: Provide basic administration support, including raising purchase orders, processing invoices, and maintaining records.
Person Specification
  • Essential Skills: Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize work under pressure, and problem-solve where required.
  • Team Player: Ability to work independently and as a team player, with a friendly, flexible, and helpful attitude.
  • Facilities Knowledge: Understanding of facilities and maintenance functions, with a working knowledge of hard services (e.g. heating systems, HVAC, fire alarm systems).
Working with Us

As a Facilities Coordinator at The King's Foundation, you will report directly to the Executive Director Highgrove & Partnerships and work closely with other departments to ensure compliance with statutory legislation and best practice.

Our working hours are full-time, 37.5 hours per week, and you must have the legal right to work in the UK.
