About the Role

The Risk Hub Senior Analyst will play a vital role in supporting the growth and success of Citigroup Global Markets Limited's Risk and Control function. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality risk management services to various stakeholders across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the management and delivery of risk management programs, including data analysis, system inputs, and stakeholder advice and guidance.

• Perform thorough risk assessments to ensure the effective mitigation of risks in line with documented processes.

• Document test results in an accurate, clear, and concise manner to enable detailed risk analysis and senior management reporting.

• Provide administrative support for the management and maintenance of controls in the system, ensuring consistency and accuracy across all geographies.

• Conduct end-to-end reviews of risk management deployments and applicability, identifying gaps and implementing remediation strategies to ensure seamless risk management.

• Manage communication and coordination of support with stakeholders across the organization, ensuring effective risk management and control.

• Map issues and operational risk events to controls within the assessment units, ensuring accurate and timely risk assessment.

• Create, implement, and improve processes through efficiencies and automation, enhancing risk management and control.

• Document and update procedures in a timely manner, conducting training sessions or walk-throughs to ensure effective application in business-as-usual (BAU) activities.

• Stay up-to-date with all policies and new regulations impacting the business, supporting the implementation of risk management and control initiatives.

• Analyze large data sets in Excel to generate regular and ad-hoc reporting for relevant forums, presenting findings to senior management and stakeholders.

• Contribute to the organization and maintenance of SharePoint sites used to enable self-service access for stakeholders, ensuring seamless risk management and control.

• Liaise with business and line control officers to identify deficiencies or control gaps, ensuring timely remedial actions are in place.

• Document, implement, and execute corrective action plans (CAPs) for management of control issues, ensuring effective risk management and control.
