About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Centre Controls Specialist to join our team at PRS. As a key member of our Data Centre team, you will be responsible for the maintenance, operation, and rectification of system faults and breakdowns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintenance and operation of data centre systems, including heating, cooling, and humidification.
  • Rectification of system faults and breakdowns in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Recommendations for system improvements and upgrades to optimize data centre efficiency.
  • Monitoring and recording of M&E systems data and operational costs.
  • Ensuring environmental and safety standards are consistently met.

Requirements:

  • 2 years' experience in carrying out maintenance and repairs to control systems in industrial or commercial environments.
  • Experience in critical engineering environments, such as data centres, hospitals, or power plants.
  • Knowledge of industrial controls, including SCADA, PLC, and electrical systems.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
