We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking individual to join our team of Shift Managers, to ensure minimal impact downstream and maintain our customer-centric view. This is a 6-month fixed-term contract, with the possibility of extension.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Run shifts to maximize operational efficiency and productivity
• Achieve performance KPIs such as efficiency and error rates
• Ensure optimum utilization of shift labor by effective labor planning, training, and development of all staff
• Work closely with the teams to ensure production lines operate with a safety-first mentality
• Ensure excellent communication between production-warehouse team members and Operations staff
• Accurately complete all paperwork and reporting of shift performance and KPIs
• Be the point of escalation and support for all staff on shift
• Lead and motivate all Operational staff to care about our product and our customers

**Requirements:**

• Strong understanding of health and safety and its application in a warehouse-production environment
• Experienced in working in a high-pressure, fast-paced, and constantly changing environment
• Understanding of operational reporting, key information identification, and critical issue escalation
• Excellent people skills and a passion for achieving results through people
• Logical approach to making decisions and a customer-first mindset
• Managing projects and delivering within set time scales

**Work Schedule:**

Rotation of Sunday-Wednesday 3 months days to 3 months nights, then Wednesday-Saturday 3 months days to 3 months nights
