BeBee Professionals is seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to lead complex projects in the UK.

Estimated Salary: £60,000 - £80,000 per year

As a Senior Project Manager, you will oversee the planning, execution, and completion of high-profile projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget. Your responsibilities will include managing the full lifecycle of projects from initiation to completion, defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders, developing and maintaining detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, leading cross-functional teams and coordinating resources to meet project goals, monitoring project progress and resolving issues that arise during execution, communicating regularly with clients and stakeholders to provide updates, and ensuring compliance with quality standards and risk management procedures.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Jira).
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or similar certification is preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Engineering, or related field.
