Job Title: Factory Skilled Labourer

We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our factory team at YourRetreats Ltd. As a factory skilled labourer, you will play a crucial role in the production process of our park and luxury lodges.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assemble and install light gauge steel
  • Fitting windows and flooring
  • Ensuring the overall quality of the finished product
Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a skilled labourer in a manufacturing or construction environment
  • Knowledge of construction techniques and tools
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work effectively in a team
  • Physical fitness and the ability to handle heavy lifting
  • Ability to follow safety procedures and guidelines
