As a Resourcer and Compliance Consultant, you will be responsible for:

  • Calling candidates who have applied to work with us
  • Sourcing suitable teaching candidates from job boards
  • Interviewing and registering candidates
  • Sending application forms to candidates and chasing relevant documents
  • Processing DBS applications
  • Completing compliance checks
  • Keeping track of all pending candidates and what is needed to clear them
  • Ensuring candidates have access to relevant training and courses
  • Placing job adverts
  • Answering queries from candidates about their application

Previous experience in an admin-based or compliance role is desirable, but not essential. A driving licence and car are preferable.
