About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Pharmacy Dispenser. As a key member of our pharmacy team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and supporting the delivery of our pharmacy services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Participate in all branch processes and procedures
  • Build positive relationships with customers, patients, and healthcare professionals
  • Assist in the delivery of pharmacy services, including dispensing medication and providing health advice
  • Represent Rowlands Pharmacy as an ambassador, interacting with the community on a daily basis

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have an NVQ2 in Pharmacy Services or an accredited equivalent course, as well as a Medicine Counter Assistant (MCA) qualification. You should also have experience working in a customer-focused environment, a strong understanding of confidentiality, and the ability to handle medications accurately.
