Job Title: Conveyancing Case Handler

Are you looking to advance your career in residential property law? We are seeking a motivated individual with experience in residential property to join our team as a Conveyancing Case Handler.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a caseload of residential property transactions, from initial instruction through to completion.
  • Develop your skills in case handling and fee earning through comprehensive training and guidance from an experienced onboarding manager.
  • Communicate effectively with clients and provide updates on case progress.
  • Assist in the preparation, review, and management of legal documents and property transactions.
  • Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with relevant legal and regulatory standards.

What We're Looking For:

  • Previous experience in residential property, whether in remortgages, post-completion, or a related area.
  • A strong desire to learn and grow into a case handler role with a keen interest in residential property law.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to work effectively within a team and take direction from an onboarding manager.
  • Relevant experience or qualifications in property law is advantageous but not essential.
