Supplier Performance Controller Opportunity

Key Responsibilities:
  • Measure and analyze supplier performance to ensure alignment with company goals
  • Review and adjust performance metrics under guidance to maintain data accuracy
  • Manage supplier continuous improvement action plans to drive efficiency and quality
  • Participate in the supplier selection process for new products and capacity expansion
  • Support supplier crisis management to minimize disruptions
  • Structure and lead supplier development plans to enhance relationships and performance
Person Specification:
  • Supply chain or relevant qualification
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment

This role offers two days a week working from home, providing a great work-life balance.
