About the Role

The Lodge Manager position at Churchill Estates Management Ltd is a dynamic opportunity for an individual with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service in a residential setting. Reporting to the Area Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of the development, providing a first-class service to homeowners and maintaining the overall quality of the community.

Key responsibilities include managing maintenance, coordinating activities, and liaising with contractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders. As the trusted 'go-to' person on-site, you will be the primary point of contact for homeowners, addressing their needs and concerns in a friendly and approachable manner.

About You

We are seeking an individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, who is able to work independently and as part of a team. Previous experience in similar roles, such as retirement living, social housing, or hospitality, is desirable.
