We are seeking a skilled Customer Contact Agent to join our Mortgage Enforcement team in the UK. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work with a diverse team and contribute to helping customers in need.

As a Customer Contact Agent, you will work closely with customers to understand their financial situations and provide support to help them avoid litigation and keep their homes. Your day-to-day tasks will include investigating customer situations, building rapport, and finding sustainable payment solutions.
