We are seeking a highly organized and flexible Warehouse Assistant to join our team at CitySprint's Heathrow Service Centre. As a key member of our warehouse team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of our warehouse on a daily basis.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure all deliveries are scanned, sorted, and loaded onto the correct vehicles, and report any amendments.
  • Log all consignment movements correctly.
  • Report any damages or missing items.
  • Report defective equipment for quick repairs.
  • Assist in implementing new procedures and systems.
  • Load courier vehicles and maintain order during loading.
  • Maintain high standards of warehouse housekeeping.
  • Support storage, order processing, picking, and packing operations.
  • Support off-site clients as needed.
Requirements
  • Highly organized with strong prioritization skills.
  • Flexible approach with a willingness to get involved in all aspects of the business.
  • Computer literacy with the ability to quickly learn new software.
  • Able to act independently without constant supervision.
  • Previous experience is desirable, but full training will be provided.
