We are on a mission to empower the next generation of ambitious individuals to optimize their time, experiences, wellness, and access.

Our world-class team is seeking a skilled Mobile Engineer to build Aurora's mobile app, working directly with the CEO & CTO, and with the potential to grow into an executive position across engineering, product, and design.

Aurora is a pre-seed company founded by tier 1 VC-backed technical and commercial entrepreneurs, backed & incubated by Alex Macdonald, a serial entrepreneur and investor who recently sold a luxury lifestyle tech platform to a major US bank for $300m.

Requirements
  • Minimum 3+ years of mobile production experience with a strong portfolio showing your mobile engineering skills
  • Fluent in Flutter and CI/CD pipeline and workflow management
  • A product thinker - you care about why you're designing something and what impact it will have for the user
  • Someone who has a design process that puts the human first. You use data and research where necessary, and validate design through testing
  • A brilliant communicator - you can explain and rationalise the reasons for your design decisions, and can receive and give constructive feedback
  • Able to work independently as part of a small team and working directly with Founders / C-Suite on engineering projects
  • Self-assured in building an advisory product which handles sensitive data for powerful users with extremely high expectations
  • Adaptable and willing to roll up your sleeves and work on other engineering projects, understanding we are an early-stage company
  • You have an existing passion for or an interest in learning more about the worlds of conversational product, luxury, and AI
  • You are located in one of the UTC+4 -> UTC-6 timezones
