About the Job

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team at Prospero Teaching. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, making a real difference in the lives of students with Special Educational Needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To provide support to students with SEN, enabling them to access the curriculum and achieve their full potential.
  • To work closely with teachers and other support staff to develop and implement effective learning plans.
  • To maintain accurate records of student progress and participate in regular review meetings.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 1 year's experience working with SEN students, preferably in a school setting.
  • An enhanced DBS check and ability to register with the online update service.
  • Two professional child-related references covering the last 2 years.
