Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mental Health Nurse to join our Crisis Home Treatment Team in South East Staffordshire. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to individuals experiencing mental health crises.

Main Responsibilities
  • Assess and support individuals in crisis, working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement effective care plans.
  • Participate in the delivery of safe and effective home treatment, ensuring the well-being and recovery of our service users.
  • Contribute to the education and management of junior staff, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous learning.
  • Collaborate with other teams and services to ensure seamless care coordination and effective communication.

Person Specification
