We are seeking an experienced Catering Operations Director to lead our food service team at Thomas Franks Ltd in Oxford. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality food and excellent customer service to our clients.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in managing catering operations, with a strong focus on quality, safety, and customer satisfaction. You will be a hands-on leader who can motivate and inspire your team to achieve exceptional results.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Hospitality, Culinary Arts, or related field (desired)
