Job Title: Management Accountant

Job Summary:
Corza Medical is seeking a highly skilled Management Accountant to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for analyzing financial information, implementing effective strategies to enhance overall business performance, and maintaining financial policies and management information systems.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide accurate and sound management reporting to assist with key decision making
Continuously improve financial reporting for management
Analyze financial information to assist business profitability and growth
Month end P&L commentary & reporting vs budget / forecast to Financial Controller
Manage capital expenditure / Fixed asset register
Prepare monthly balance sheet reconciliations
Calculate commission for sales reps, process payroll payment & TB postings
Contribute to annual budgeting and planning process
Support annual audit
Ensure compliance with all financial regulations / process
Production of relevant commercial analysis / KPIs e.g. margins and pricing

Requirements:
Fully qualified accountant (CIMA/ACA/ACCA)
Thorough understanding of management information systems – experience with D365, Vena and Datalake would be advantageous.
Excellent Excel skills and knowledge – ability to do Lookups, IF statements, Pivot tables & present information in clear meaningful ways.
Exceptional interpersonal skills and able to successfully communicate with people at all levels, both financial and non-financial.
Highly competent, with solid commercial acumen
