About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nursery Manager to join our team at Ickle Pickles Nursery School in Iwade, Sittingbourne, Kent. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of childcare are delivered, instilling a love of learning to the educator team and children in our care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure the effective and successful running of the nursery in accordance with our values
  • Deliver high setting occupancy, promote the setting through local marketing, and attract and develop the highest quality of educators
  • Lead the educator team and promote Storal's values
  • Create an effective parent partnership by creating longstanding relationships
About You

We are looking for a passionate and motivated individual with a Level 3 Early Years Educator qualification or equivalent, proven managerial experience within an early years setting, and a commercial mindset. You should have a strong understanding of special educational needs and equality of opportunity, as well as experience with nursery administration.
