## Job Title: Occupational Therapist - Reablement Service

We are seeking a qualified Occupational Therapist to join our team at NonStop Consulting. The successful candidate will work with service users in the community for up to six weeks on a rehabilitation programme, supported by in-house reablement officers who deliver reabling care under the direction of the OT.

### Key Responsibilities:

* Work with service users in the community to develop and implement rehabilitation plans
* Collaborate with reablement officers to deliver reabling care and support service users in achieving their goals
* Conduct risk-assessed home visits as required and work from the office two days a week
* Maintain accurate records and reports of service user progress

### Requirements:

* Qualified Occupational Therapist with HCPC Registration
* Experience of working with people with disabilities
* Understanding of the principles of adult social care funding
* Local authority OT experience
