Psychiatric Liaison Nurse: Dynamic Mental Health Expert

At Central and North West London NHS Foundation Trust, we are seeking an experienced Psychiatric Liaison Nurse to join our team at The Riverside Centre. This dynamic role offers a challenging and rewarding opportunity to work with individuals who require mental health support.
This position is ideal for a skilled nurse who possesses strong clinical judgment, effective communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team. As a Psychiatric Liaison Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to patients experiencing mental health issues.
We offer a competitive salary of approximately £42,046 per annum (Band 6), plus benefits that include flexible working hours, monthly development days, and access to leadership programs. The successful candidate will be required to have:
- a valid NMC registration
- experience working in a psychiatric liaison setting
- strong knowledge of mental health laws, policies, and procedures
- ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
