Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Experienced Legal Advisor to join our team at Montresor Legal on a 3-month contract. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced, innovative company that connects consumers with verified professionals across various trades.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial agreements to ensure compliance and protect the interests of our clients.
  • Providing strategic legal advice to key stakeholders, including guidance on regulatory compliance, data protection, and intellectual property matters.
  • Managing legal risks and providing solutions to business challenges, ensuring the smooth operation of our services.
  • Liaising with external counsel as required to ensure the highest level of expertise and support.
  • Supporting the business in day-to-day legal queries and decision-making, providing expert guidance and advice.

Requirements:

  • A qualified solicitor with a minimum of 4-6 years of PQE, with a strong understanding of commercial law and regulatory frameworks.
  • Proven experience in commercial law, ideally in the technology or services sector, with a focus on contract law, data protection, and regulatory compliance.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work independently and handle a fast-moving workload.
