The Role
As a Civil Engineering Site Manager, you will play a key role in the success of our East Midlands team. You will be responsible for managing clean water infrastructure projects, including pipelines and pumping stations. Your primary focus will be on programme management, subcontractor management, and client engagement.

Key Responsibilities
Reading and interpreting construction drawings on site for layouts, material measurements, and other purposes.
Ensuring accurate setting out, providing precise lines, levels, and reference points on site.
Influencing progress on sites and ensuring programme deadlines are met.
Developing effective relationships with clients and subcontractors.
Working closely with team members to ensure Quality, Environmental, and Health & Safety aspects are adhered to during project phases.
Continuously developing knowledge in the industry and communicating best practice guidance to line managers and relevant staff.
