Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Rope Access Specialist with NDT expertise to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient execution of rope access activities, as well as performing or supporting NDT and visual inspections.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and direct rope access personnel to ensure operational efficiency and adherence to safety and quality standards.
  • Ensure work areas are safe for rope access and NDT activities.
  • Continuously improve safe systems and methods of work.
  • Maintain contact with customers and establish relationships to promote the company's interests.
  • Ensure rope access equipment is properly maintained and certified.
  • Perform risk assessments and take necessary actions to mitigate risks.
  • Apply effective NDT techniques to components requiring inspection.
  • Ensure inspections are carried out within specified parameters.
  • Produce clear and concise reports detailing inspection methods and results.

Requirements

  • IRATA L3 certification (minimum).
  • ASNT/PCN L2 or CSWIP Visual Inspection certification.
  • Valid passport.
  • Site CCNSG Safety Passport.

Desirable Qualifications

  • ASNT/PCN Levels 1 or 2 in one or more disciplines (MPI / DPI / UT / ECI / RAD).
  • Radiography Assistant training.
  • Confined Space Entry training.
  • ASNT/PCN Radiological Protection Supervision (RPS).
