About the Role:

  • You will be responsible for welcoming, registering and dealing with enquiries from potential clients in a professional and courteous manner.
  • You will book and conduct viewings of properties in the Bolton area, ensuring that all parties are thoroughly informed throughout the process.
  • You will obtain and relay thorough viewing feedback to clients, and make offers on properties for sale on behalf of your buyer.
  • You will negotiate offers between vendors and buyers, and liaise with solicitors throughout the sales process.
  • You will be responsible for sales progression, keeping all parties informed throughout the buying and selling process.

Requirements:

  • A driving license is essential for this role.
  • Previous experience as a Sales Negotiator in an Estate Agency is required.
  • You must have a happy, positive and can-do mindset, with a strong motivation to do well and be self-driven.
  • An ace sense of humour is a bonus

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of £24-28,000 per annum.
  • Commission of 1-2% depending on experience.
  • A working week of Monday to Friday, 9am-5:30pm, with 1 in 3 Saturdays, 9am-4:30pm.
