Learning Support Assistant

**About the Opportunity**
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our Primary Team as a teaching assistant. The role involves supporting the class teacher in delivering engaging lessons, maintaining a positive learning environment, and providing targeted support to pupils.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the teacher to create innovative and interactive lessons aligned with the National Curriculum.
- Offer one-on-one assistance and small-group interventions to ensure pupils' progress and address learning gaps.
- Monitor and record pupil performance, identifying areas for improvement and assisting in developing strategies to bridge them.
- Contribute to the preparation of resources and activities, enhancing the school's creative curriculum.
- Foster strong relationships with pupils, staff, and parents to promote student well-being and academic success.
Requirements:
- A Level 1 Teaching Assistant Qualification or higher.
- Excellent references to support previous experience.
- A CV that covers employment history with any gaps explained.
- The right to work in the UK.
Salary and Benefits:
