Our client, a prominent company in the power utilities and distribution sector, is seeking an experienced High Voltage (HV) Estimator to join their expanding team. This permanent role offers a fantastic opportunity to contribute to the design, installation, and maintenance of networks for a diverse range of clients.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in delivering technical solutions and costings for electrical and civil projects up to 33kV on private or regulated DNO/IDNO networks. A strong understanding of commercial principles and excellent attention to detail and quality are also essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct site assessments to identify risks and potential issues.
  • Produce formal handover documentation for approved projects.
  • Attend handover meetings to explain project scope, estimates, clarifications, and assumptions.
  • Complete all required company procedure documents and financial records.
  • Review and report on projects with the Business Development Manager.
  • Review documents and participate in contract meetings with clients and contractors.
