Financial Manager for Capital Programme and Revenue Budget

The role involves providing accurate, understandable, and timely financial information on the Authority's capital programme and revenue budget, working closely with internal and external stakeholders. This will include monthly monitoring and advising budget holders on a range of financial issues, as well as maintaining key account records.

The ideal candidate will be a fully qualified accounting technician with experience of providing financial information and training to a range of users, and will have extensive knowledge and experience of accounting and budgeting systems. They will be able to deliver on a wide and varied area of financial work to tight deadlines.
