Commercial Property Management Opportunity

Hays Specialist Recruitment Limited is currently working with a leading Commercial Property Consultancy based in London to find an experienced Associate Director Property Management to join their growing business unit.

About the Role

  • As an Associate Director Property Management, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of commercial properties, ensuring timely payment of rents and collection of arrears, and liaising with tenants on maintenance issues and ad hoc tenancy matters.
  • You will also be responsible for keeping all Statutory Health and Safety inspections up to date, undertaking minor works between tenancies, and meeting and greeting new tenants.
  • Additionally, you will be responsible for business development, drawing up accurate client reports, and attending client meetings.
  • You will also be responsible for periodically serving notices and attending court proceedings, and liaising with utility companies.

Requirements

  • Member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS)
  • 2+ Years experience specialising in Commercial Property Management
  • Excellent communication and numeracy skills
  • Ability to work with a minimum of supervision

What You'll Get

  • Salary ranging from £50,000 - £65,000 + Package & Benefits
