Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to our menu, showcasing your culinary expertise and creativity.

  • Monitor food inventory and assist with stock control, ensuring that our kitchen is always well-stocked and efficient.
  • Maintain a clean and hygienic kitchen environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure seamless service during busy periods, providing exceptional customer experiences.
  • Develop new menu ideas and seasonal dishes, staying ahead of culinary trends and preferences.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Chef in a busy kitchen environment, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality dishes.
  • Knowledge of a wide range of culinary techniques and cuisines, with a passion for innovation and creativity.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to work under pressure, with a focus on efficiency and productivity.
  • Food Hygiene certification (Level 2 or higher preferred), demonstrating your commitment to kitchen safety and hygiene.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends, with a willingness to adapt to changing circumstances.
