Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Mid-term inspections: Carry out thorough inspections of managed properties, producing digital reports and providing advice and recommendations to landlords and tenants.
  • Maintenance works: Arrange all necessary maintenance works related to managed properties, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and maintaining a sound condition.
  • Communication: Provide effective communication with landlords, tenants, and contractors via phone calls, emails, and post, as well as liaison with internal departments to ensure the effective sharing of information.
Requirements
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in property management and/or maintenance.
  • Credentials: Industry-specific qualifications or certificates may be beneficial.
  • Work style: Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines while maintaining a respectful and professional demeanor.
