We are seeking an experienced Employment Law Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our legal team, you will provide high-quality legal advice to clients on employment law matters.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert legal advice to clients on employment law matters, including employment tribunal claims and representation.
  • Develop and maintain excellent relationships with clients, providing a high-quality legal service.
  • Draft contracts, handbooks, policies, letters, and other legal documents.
  • Participate in marketing initiatives by drafting articles, blogs, and occasional interviews with journalists/publications.
  • Write and deliver training to clients virtually and/or in person.

Requirements:

  • Qualified solicitor with a strong background in employment law.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Experience in employment tribunal work and drafting legal documents.
  • Ability to work unsupervised and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • High-level user of IT systems and resources.
