Anti-Bribery Specialist

At NatWest Group, we're seeking an exceptional Anti-Bribery Specialist to lead our efforts in preventing and detecting financial crime. This role offers a unique opportunity to make a significant impact on our organization's risk management strategy.
In this position, you'll be responsible for defining and developing our anti-bribery policy, as well as providing technical expertise to respond to regulatory changes and upstream risks. You'll also represent the bank externally on regulatory matters, maintaining relationships with peer banks and other organizations to share best practices and influence the anti-bribery agenda.
The salary for this role is approximately £80,000 - £110,000 per annum, depending on experience. If you're a seasoned professional with in-depth knowledge of anti-bribery legislation and regulation, we encourage you to apply.
We're looking for someone with a proven track record of applying technical skills in the financial sector. Your comprehensive understanding of financial services and the impact of anti-bribery regulation will be essential in driving our risk management strategy forward. Additionally, you'll need to have strong analytical skills and the ability to build external networks to influence policy decisions.
