Business Continuity and Operational Resilience Risk Manager Lead

About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled Business Continuity and Operational Resilience Risk Manager to join our team in Nottingham, UK. As a key member of our Risk Office, you will be responsible for leading our Business Continuity team and driving business resilience across the organisation.
Your primary objective will be to ensure that our business is prepared to respond to and recover from any disruptions or crises. This will involve working closely with various stakeholders to develop and implement business continuity plans, conducting risk assessments, and identifying areas for improvement.
In addition to your technical skills and experience, we are looking for someone who can demonstrate excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, as well as the ability to influence and drive change across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the development and implementation of business continuity plans and policies
- Conduct regular risk assessments and identify areas for improvement
- Work closely with stakeholders to develop and maintain business continuity plans
- Collaborate with IT and other teams to ensure seamless recovery from disruptions
- Proven experience in business continuity and operational resilience risk management
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to influence and drive change across the organisation
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
