Brand Identity Specialist

We're seeking a highly motivated and creative Creative Brand and Marketing Executive to join our dynamic team at Gravity Co. This is a unique opportunity to work with a forward-thinking company that values creativity, innovation, and community-building.
As a Creative Brand and Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for developing and managing the brand identity, leading social media strategy, capturing content, and designing marketing materials. You will work closely with our colleagues to develop and implement marketing campaigns, manage email marketing, and capture content for our app and website.
About the Job Description
- Develop and manage the brand identity, ensuring all material created is to Gravity standard and follows our guidelines.
- Lead the social strategy across all social platforms, creating and sharing high-quality content that provokes interest and engages our audience.
- Capture photography and video content around our properties, events, and local area to showcase our offering and give our audience a taste of the Gravity experience.
- Design brand collateral, online and offline marketing campaign creatives, brand merchandise, and corporate presentations, making sure everything is on brand and has the wow factor.
- Help manage the new Gravity website, ensuring content is accurate, up-to-date, and punchy.
- Become the Gravity brand guardian, ensuring all new and existing staff members are fully equipped with all the brand knowledge they need.
- Manage all email marketing campaigns from design to send, optimizing and segmenting audiences to achieve the best open rates and click-throughs.
- Attend member events to capture content as it happens.
- Manage all marketing content on our app, uploading Gravity member partnership offers and sending marketing communications as needed.
- Capture 3D tour content across our properties using our specialized equipment.
- Create engaging and inspiring blog content.
About the Requirements
- You have at least 1 year's experience working in the creative, marketing, or advertising industry.
- You have strong experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, and Premiere Pro) or other design, photo, and video production and editing software.
- You have a passion for snapping moments using mobile devices and DSLR cameras.
- You are social-savvy, knowing your way around Instagram and TikTok and staying on top of trends.
- You have an understanding of email marketing, ideally Mailchimp and Hubspot.
- You understand various AI tools for content creation.
- You possess organizational skills, working under pressure on tight deadlines.
- You have a creative mind, generating new ideas that keep our audience engaged.
- You have a good eye for aesthetics and attention to detail.
- You have solid social skills and are a team player.
- Ideally, you have some experience in partnerships management and engagement.
About the Benefits
- A competitive salary of £30,000 - £35,000 per year, depending on experience.
- 23 days annual leave.
