Teaching Assistant Vacancy

Seeking a Teaching Assistant for a dynamic school in Tower Hamlets. The successful candidate will work closely with a subject specialist mentor and have access to provided schemes of work.
The role entails having your own classes, working alongside the School covering all lessons, providing high quality cover lessons on a KS3-4 basis, and raising attainment & the quality of learning.
We are looking for an individual who is passionate about their subject specialism, committed to a career in education, and comfortable teaching classes of 25-30.
The successful candidate can expect a salary of £36,500 per annum, based on the UQT1 - UQT6 pay scale.
A degree at 1st class or 2:1 in Science, Maths, or English from a reputable university is required, along with strong A-Levels and GCSEs.
Experience in roles such as Unqualified Teacher, Cover Supervisor, HLTA, Tutor (6 months+), or Teaching Assistant (6 months+) is also desirable.
