Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Operations Manager to join our team at AllSaints. As a Retail Operations Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales associates and ensuring that the store is running smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, including visual merchandising, inventory management, and loss prevention
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer engagement
- Collaborate with the store management team to achieve business objectives and improve store performance
- Monitor and analyze sales data and customer feedback to inform business decisions
- Ensure that the store is maintained to a high standard of cleanliness and organization
- Recruit, train, and develop sales associates to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to provide excellent customer service
- Manage and resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a retail operations management role, preferably in a fashion retail environment
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret sales data and customer feedback
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of visual merchandising and inventory management principles
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
