Job Opportunity: Site Manager (Permanent Position)

Net-Temps is seeking a highly skilled Site Manager to oversee a range of exciting projects in the Westmorland and Furness District, Cumbria. Key Responsibilities:
  1. Project Delivery: Oversee all on-site activities to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  2. Team Management: Coordinate and manage subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel to ensure smooth project delivery.
  3. Communication: Maintain regular communication with stakeholders, including clients, local authorities, and senior management.
  4. Progress Monitoring: Monitor project progress and report on key milestones, identifying and addressing any issues.
  5. Documentation: Ensure all site documentation, including risk assessments, method statements, and daily reports, are up-to-date.
Requirements:
  1. Qualifications: SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme), CSCS (Construction Skills Certification Scheme) Card, First Aid at Work Certificate.
  2. Experience: Proven experience in managing construction projects in a variety of sectors.
  3. Knowledge: Knowledge of UK building regulations and health and safety laws.
  4. Driving Licence: Full UK driving licence.
