Maintenance Assistant

About the Role
You will be playing a key part in ensuring the upkeep of our service, maintaining buildings and surrounding areas to agreed health and safety standards.
Your duties will include decorating, furniture removal, general repairs, and routine maintenance to ensure the smooth running of the premises both internally and externally.
You will be responsible for reporting potential issues to be quickly resolved and prioritizing your workload with a focus on preventative maintenance.
