We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Active Care Group, one of the leading providers of complex care in the UK.

About the Role:

This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a female client in her own home and out in the community, providing support with personal care, medication, moving and handling, and managing clinical equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support our client with daily living tasks and activities
  • Assist with medication management and clinical equipment
  • Provide emotional support and companionship
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure high-quality care
