Job Title: Office AdministratorThis role is ideal for a proactive and organized individual who is eager to contribute to a successful operations team. As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our operations department, assisting with customer inquiries, and coordinating logistics for projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to the operations team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and maintaining accurate records.
- Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner, providing exceptional support and resolving issues efficiently.
- Project Coordination: Coordinate logistics for projects, including vendor management and procurement, to ensure timely completion and high-quality results.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient communication and effective project delivery.
Requirements:
- Excellent Organizational Skills: Demonstrate strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
- Strong Communication Skills: Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and build strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Think critically and demonstrate a problem-solving mindset, with the ability to analyze issues and develop effective solutions.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with SAP software preferred.
