Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Electrical Inspector to oversee electrical installations and ensure compliance with project specifications and regulatory standards.

Work Schedule
Monday - Friday
09:00am - 17:00pm

Contract Type
Temporary - Ongoing

Compensation
£35 per hour (PAYE) or £45 per hour (Umbrella)

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure that all electrical work performed by contractors adheres to project requirements, technical specifications, and applicable legislation.
  • Maintain comprehensive daily records and site notes to document inspection activities.
  • Foster effective communication with clients, contractors, residents, and stakeholders to facilitate project success.
  • Conduct thorough site inspections and provide coverage for colleagues as necessary.
  • Assist in preparing project reports for various committees and external organizations, ensuring effective liaison and participation in relevant meetings.
  • Deliver high-quality on-site quality assurance and audit inspections, providing essential information and guidance to support budget management and contract oversight, with a focus on health and safety, contractor performance, and client satisfaction.
