Classroom Development Professional

RIBBONS AND REEVES seeks a highly motivated Classroom Development Professional to contribute to our educational team in Havering. This role offers the chance to work closely with students and gain valuable experience in classroom settings.

Competitive Daily Pay: £100-£110 via PAYE.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality support to students, ensuring their academic and emotional needs are met.
  • Leverage your expertise to design and implement targeted interventions, boosting student achievement.
  • Maintain a safe and inclusive learning environment, promoting respect and empathy among students and staff.
  • Foster strong relationships with families, teachers, and external partners to create a cohesive learning community.
  • Develop and implement effective behaviour management strategies, encouraging a positive and supportive atmosphere.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • A degree in a core subject from a reputable UK university, reflecting academic rigour.
  • Proven experience working with children, demonstrating a commitment to education.
  • Ability to manage complex behaviours and support students with SEND, showcasing adaptability.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, facilitating effective collaboration.
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint and Microsoft Word, harnessing technology to enhance teaching.
  • A dynamic, innovative, and dedicated approach, driven by a passion for teaching.
