Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced HR Administrator to join our team at Focus Resourcing Group. As an HR Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our HR department, ensuring the smooth operation of our HR processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Filing and maintaining accurate and up-to-date HR records
  • Preparing and sending out new starter welcome packs and offer letters
  • Compiling contracts, benefits, and other HR-related documents
  • Taking minutes and actioning HR and ER meetings
  • Providing basic HR support and answering queries via email and phone

Requirements:

  • Good understanding of generalist HR Administration
