Main Responsibilities:
  1. Forge close relationships with contractors and tradespeople to secure timely project outcomes.
  2. Execute diverse administrative tasks, such as document management and data processing.
  3. Coordinate schedule bookings and plan business trips.
  4. Maintain excellent customer relationships through prompt issue resolution.
  5. Streamline purchase order and stock request processes.
  6. Collaborate with the Health and Safety Manager for optimal administrative assistance.
  7. Support external communication efforts effectively.

For this position, we seek a dedicated professional with experience in the construction or renewable energy sectors, showcasing exceptional communication, planning, and organizational skills.
