About the Role

Elior is a leading contract caterer that prides itself on delivering exceptional food and service to its customers. As a Catering Supervisor, you will play a key role in supporting the team to achieve this goal.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively manage and motivate the team to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Assist in recruitment and provide ongoing support, training, and development to enhance team performance.
  • Ensure effective communication and collaboration among team members, management, and clients to drive operational excellence.
  • Stay up-to-date with product and service knowledge to provide expert advice and guidance to the team.
  • Oversee compliance with health and safety, hygiene, and food safety regulations, reporting any incidents in accordance with procedures.
  • Manage and control food stocks within budget, ensuring efficient inventory management.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in team leadership and management.
  • Strong knowledge of catering operations and customer service principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
