Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Receive and respond to customer feedback and complaints in a professional and efficient manner.
  • Food and Beverage Service: Oversee the service of food and beverages within our outlets and maintain overall responsibility for the kitchen, food preparation, and beverage service.
  • Stock Management: Take responsibility for stock, including ordering, acceptance, and maintenance of stock levels and stock rotation.
  • Financial Management: Review sales and beverage costs for previous day; resolve discrepancies with Accounts. Track actual against budget.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Proven experience as a Food & Beverage Supervisor or similar experience.
  • People Management: Experience in people management and delivering a high quality of customer service.
  • Qualifications: Food Safety or Food Hygiene qualification Level 2 or equivalent.
  • Knowledge: Strong knowledge of Food & Beverage such as latest drinks and stock management.
  • Skills: Minimum intermediate level use of MS Office (Word, Excel).
