About the Job
We have an excellent opportunity for a Workforce Planner to join our team at Southern Water. As a Workforce Planner, you will be responsible for creating and managing work schedules to ensure efficient field resource productivity and adherence to service level agreements. You will need to decide how to order both planned and reactive work, influencing the resources needed to achieve optimum results.Your key accountabilities will include scheduling reactive and planned work during core business hours, ensuring jobs are dispatched in a prioritised manner and relevant contractors/operational teams are utilised efficiently. You will also need to regularly communicate with District Managers/Field Performance Managers to review area performance and monitor and manage field team whereabouts to ensure adherence to schedule. We offer hybrid working where you will be expected to work 3 days in the Durrington office, and you can work from home the other 2 days. The office is close to train stations and bus routes, so don't worry about transport. The estimated salary for this role is £25,900 per annum, commensurate with your experience and skills.
