We are seeking an experienced and skilled Assistant Manager to join our team at IN n OUT Autocentres. As an Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for assisting the Centre Manager in the day-to-day operations of the service centre, including managing the workshop, leading the team, and ensuring that all customers receive a first-class experience. You will also be involved in coaching and motivating the centre team, as well as contributing to the development of business strategies and initiatives.
We are looking for someone with a strong background in the automotive industry, preferably with experience as a Level 3 Technician and/or MOT Tester. You will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
